SYNOPSIS
DEALING BROTHERS

Jinx and his brother Deebo are faced with the tough decision of either quitting their illegal drug
empire or expanding worldwide. What started out as a small hustle for pocket money is now
racking them millions of dollars but the thought of quitting while you’re ahead echoes in their
mind for they surely know their time will come to an end once the police find out their illegal
operation. Jinx the elder brother is in love with the game and will stop at nothing till he gets to
the top, on the other hand Deebo is the much more reserved brother who takes caution and
repels the limelight that Jinx lives for. The drug game being a game based on violence and money
as its core principles is bound to test the two brothers and this can be seen when Jinx gets in
trouble with another kingpin after he found out he was having an affair with his baby mama. The
king pin who goes by the name of Skely is known to be a ruthless murderer who stops at nothing
if anyone dares mess with him. Jinx on the other hand is hard headed and fears no one and this
leads to a gang war between the LA boys who work for Jinx vs 14th street who work for Skely.
This situation brings a lot of attention to their illegal venture and if not sorted out as soon as
possible all if not everything might be lost. As bodies keep dropping the police are building a case
and waiting on the right time to make a move in order to incriminate the two gangs that have
been wreaking havoc in the city but they can hardly get a grip on LA boys who seem to elude
every trap set for them. This forces the main detective, Mr Fross to use different methods of
which he opts to use female detective Tiffany as an informant by making her befriend Jinx. The
plan goes well as she is able to forge a relationship with Jinx but soon enough she finds herself
going against protocol by indulging in sexual behaviour with the man she was sent to
incriminate. Jinx has no clue that Tiffany is a detective but his secretive nature keeps her in the
dark making it even more frustrating for her. One Friday afternoon as Deebo leaves school,
someone runs up on him and shoots him in the face leaving him for dead but he’s rushed to
hospital and manages to survive the ordeal. This is a huge turning point for the bothers as they
don’t know who is next. When Jinx catches wind of what has happened to his brother he angrily
hops in his car and drives around town looking to retaliate. Luckily he spots Skely hoping into his
car and follows him closely before spraying his car with bullets at an intersection. As he retracts
his hand, his bracelet is caught on the door and drops at the crime scene and guess who is able
to identify it? The one and only Detective Tiffany. Jinx goes home and cleans up before visiting
his brother and suggesting they move to start their life afresh which Deebo hesitantly agrees.
The problem now remains if Tiffany who has evidence to lock up Jinx and his crew will be willing
to leave or will she choose to incriminate the love of her life for murder
