table below:

(planets, stars, etc.)
Nature (e.g. birds,
flowers, the sea,
etc.)
Discuss why Shakespeare has chosen these image clusters. What is the significance of these
language choices?
Now reread Act 1, Scene 5. Do you notice any links between Romeo’s language and the
scene you have just studied?
