Going to a near convenience store (i.e. 7 Eleven) to buy a deodorant. 5 Things I’ve chosen: Doing school activities [i.e. assignments & assessments]. Explanation: The need that has driven me to act out this behavior, is my “selfesteem need”. It is because it gives me this sense of “achievement”, or other factors like “I want to become productive for the day”. Thus motivating my “selfesteem need” by doing school activities in order to accomplish it on time. Cleaning the house. Explanation: The need that has driven me to act out this behavior, is my “safety needs”. To which the factors/reasons to why I performed this activity, it is because “I want it to be neat and tidy”, also to safeguard ourselves (specifically our health) from any potential “bacteria, fungi, or virus” that may affect our health. Thus greatly motivating my “safety need” in order to safeguard our health. Brainstorming (gathering of substantial thoughts and experiences to relate with), to create another poem. Explanation: The need that has driven me to act out this behavior, is my “selfactualization need”. To which the factors/reasons, to why it led me to act out this behavior it is for the sake having a “reflection/insights that I can learn from it”. Thus greatly motivating my “self-actualization need”. Chatting and talking to my friends, via Google Meet. Explanation: The need that has driven me to act out this behavior, is my “”love and belongingness need”. To which the factors/reasons, to why it led me to act out this behavior, it is because “I need someone to listen to my rants/problems”. Thus looking for that sense of “comfort” and “reassurance” that led motivating the “love and belongingness need”. Cooking for dinner. Explanation: The need that has driven me to act out this behavior, is my “physiological need”. To which the factors/reasons, that greatly motivates me to act it out it is because we are all feeling “hungry” at that time, because we didn’t have our “merienda”. Thus motivating the “physiological need” which to cook, in order to satisfy our stomachs.
