EMERSON H. ANGELES (School Principal) discussed the roles, duties and responsibilities and
benefits of FGA officers, faculty and staff.
The discussion started with the roles and responsibilities of faculty and staff.
Next, was the benefits. These were anchored on the Labor Code of the Philippines and other
existing laws and regulations issued by different government agencies.

Queries and clarifications made by the faculty and staff were answered by DR. RIZALINA H.
ANGELES (FGA INC. President) and EMERSON H. ANGELES ( School Principal)
RHEA JUNETTE A. ULTRA moved that awards to faculty and staff be given to those who performed an
exemplary service in performing their roles, duties and functions.

It was recommended to have an awards committee
The awards be given in the form of cash, certificate or plaque of appreciation.
Criteria for the awards was recommended to be formulated
Identify the awards to be given
Awarding of faculty and employees will be given during the annual Christmas party celebration.
