Training Manager
Job description Develop, implement, and monitor training programs within the
organization.
 Conduct TNI (Training Need Identification) and TNA (Training Need
Analysis) across all profiles and develop, implement, and monitor
training plans and programs.
 Conduct orientation sessions, hold workshops, seminars, and lectures
for employees, and design training activities for new hires.
 Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and
discussions with managers.
 Ensure the training materials and programs are current, accurate, and
effective.
 Maintaining knowledge of new methods and techniques for training and
training requirements applicable to the organization and/or industry.
Job specification MBA in HR with 0-3 years of experience.
 Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
 Highly computer literate with proficiency in Ms office and related
business and communication tools.
 Efficient organizational and time management skills.
 Familiar with the traditional and modern training process.
