EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The Mr. CraveS Company is a partnership-based company, a micro food
business with an operational base in Bangcud, Malaybalay City.
It is owned and operated by young businesspeople who offer marketleading products. The business's partners include Grade XII ABM
students, Maria Margaret Yap, Heart Ruhiyyah, Reyzell Catiil, Johlan
Quillo, Claizel Grace Tayros, Alexander Taguiam and Eljon Giangan.
The company name was inspired by the common expression "craving
satisfied." Hence, this method means that our firm examined the
current trends and kept up with them to make it as our edge over other
organizations in the market.
Mr. CraveS Company will offer its esteemed clients an enticing product
that will be sold primarily by strolling around the BdNHS campus, and
target high-density areas within the school premises to sell our food
products, which will include a mouthwatering taste of our very own
PoChee puffs.
Mr. CraveS Company produces PoChee puffs that serve as a snack that
can alleviate cravings of both students, and teachers who serve as the
company's target market. PoChee puffs is a product inspired by fried
potatoes, but its composition varies from the typical fried potato in that
it is sprinkled with cheese before frying, and the taste is undeniably
appetizing. Although potato puffs are already available, their proximity
to schools makes it difficult for students to buy them and satisfy their
1
cravings. Based on this observation, we young entrepreneurs decided
to create and offer a product that would meet the market's needs.
The business partners agree with this product since the primary
materials needed to produce this mouthwatering PoChee Puffs is
available and affordable in the supermarkets. This marketing plan will
provide information about our business to potential customers, taking
into account all of the positive aspects of our business that we will use
as a selling advantage, such as the high quality of our products or
services. In order to increase sales and give the firm a chance to stand
out on the market, the company will be promoting product
differentiation and innovation to address market congestion brought by
competition while also maintaining existing consumer taste and
preferences.
We aim to maintain the success and growth of our business, which will
focus more on the level of customer service thus, would result to
customer satisfaction – the primary basis of patronage and increased
market share.

MARKETING PLAN
Product Strategy
Product strategy, is like any successful activity, it is all about
developing a plan, it is a key component of product development, and it
successfully directs the market vision you have for your solution toward the
advantages and objectives it will help you achieve.
Mr. Craves Company produces PoChee Puffs, a product with a catchy
name and an iconic twist that makes it superior than the typical fried potato.
The name of the product is derived from the terms "POtato" and "CHEEse,"
thus the dough mixture before frying is showered with cheese, which will
undoubtedly tempt our clients to buy more.
Our lovely offering is also delightfully packaged with our personalized
origami cups and sketched features. These laborious handcrafts will
undoubtedly provide buyers another pleasant perception of our product.
10
Pricing Strategy
The pricing is the second most crucial element after the product.
Establishing the ideal pricing for a product is difficult and extremely
important when starting a business. Before deciding on a price, there
are a lot of factors to take into account. The catch is that if you set the
price too high, you run the risk of losing customers or having trouble
marketing the product to the general public, while if you set it too low,
you'll likely see no return on your investments and very slim profit
margins.
This section's major purpose is to determine the appropriate price
at which Mr. CraveS Company may optimize sales and profits in
accordance with the company's goals and objectives.

Place/ Location Strategy
Our business took into account the location for the physical site of
the business in addition to the product and price strategies. It should be
located in a practical area that is appropriate for the company's product. A
company's location strategy describes how and where it will position its
goods and services in an effort to increase market share and customer
purchases.
The Mr. Craves Company's actual location will be in Bangcud
National High School in Malaybalay City, in the province of Bukidnon. The
firm picked Bangcud as its location because it has an easy access to the raw
materials needed for operations and most classes in terms of economic
position. Since the company targets students at Bangcud National High
School, the location and product are suitable with the market.
13
Promotional Strategy
In order to properly identify your market and draw clients, you
must employ a variety of advertising strategies. Creating awareness of
goods or services and enhancing exposure are the main goals of the
marketing strategy known as promotion. In an effort to increase awareness
of PoChee Puffs, Mr. CraveS Company will personally create a buzz about
them across the school. Our company's sales representatives personally
deliver our product to customers in a sales presentation, which fosters
relationship-building.
Three-quarters of our target market, the students, have started wearing
smartphone covers, ID cards, or wallets with wallet-sized pictures on them,
so our company thought of a strategy that could take advantage of this
opportunity where we offer a "promo" where if a single customer purchases
two or more PoChee cups then they will be given the opportunity to send
two of their best photos.
In addition to quickly penetrating all created
goods in a day and increasing sales from a single consumer, it will be useful
for our organization to adopt a distinctive strategy for staying ahead of the
competition.
14
Positioning Strategy
Along with its unique added value, PoChee Puffs will promote
itself as a "worth the money" product that anybody can purchase due to its
creative flavor when compared to the typical fried potato. Adopting this
technique will be thought to offer a competitive edge among rivals.
Additionally, the company's product focus is on selling uniformly highquality goods that will draw customers from the market. With its tagline
"Potato and Cheese that will put your Cravings at Ease," Mr. Craves
Company is prepared to serve you whenever you have a craving for anything
cheesy and delicious fried potatoes.
15
VI.
FINANCIAL PLAN
As crucial as the current state of the company is its future prospects.
Planning such finances will assist Mr. CraveS Company in developing a
long-term vision for our company. The company can monitor actual
spending vs the budget thanks to these ratios.
It is a budget for the marketing activities that will be carried out, such as
advertising, promotional activities, and the cost of marketing supplies.
Expected product volume and pricing, manufacturing and delivery
expenses, as well as operational and finance costs, are other factors to take
into account.
The budget or projected cost for the marketing activities listed in this
marketing plan is presented in this section. This part displays the budget,
which combines the expenditures and earnings from the marketing strategy
into a separate document. It strikes a balance between marketing-related
costs and what the company can reasonably afford.
It is also contrasted with other measures, like market share analysis and
revenue analysis. To provide a clearer perspective, these financial reports
will provides our company a more understanding of how our operations
work.
