Introduction: We have data sets contain information on the nutritional aspect of Mc Donald’s food. This data set

So, after analysing this data sets, we develop a relationship between them which help the Mc
Donald’s in decision Making
Nutritional Aspects of Foods: There is a strong link between nutrition (what we eat) and our health & wellbeing. Eating a balanced
diet is important as it plays a big part in looking after our overall health, giving us the best chance of
staying well, feeling good and being at our best.
A well-balanced diet gives our body the nutrients it needs to function well, which means eating a
wide variety of foods in the right proportions to achieve and maintain a healthy body weight.
There is also a strong relationship between the food we eat and our mood. What we consume directly
affects our blood sugar levels, which can then impact on our mood, how we feel, as well as our energy
levels.
When it comes to our diet, prevention is better than cure. Conditions including obesity, type 2
diabetes, heart related problem and even some cancers can be prevented through our lifestyle
choices. A healthy diet and good lifestyle choices also support our body to be more resilient against
infections and viruses, which is more important than ever right now.
Healthy Food: - Healthy food is food that gives you all the nutrients you need to stay healthy, feel well
and have plenty of energy.
Now we develop a relationship between the data sets as mention above like we first calculate the data
analysis of the serving size, calories, cholesterol. After that on the basis of the means of all three categories
we sort food in two category healthy and unhealthy foods we use formula for that is

On the basis of this we find out that the only 35 food items are healthy out of 94 food items in the
McDonald’s.
The McDonald serve food in Six different category.

Now days people are becoming are more health concious and preferring nutritional healthy food and
because of this McDonald’s is losing against Subway, Tacobell etc. other fast-food chains so to compete
and regain its share in market mac Donald’s management must include more healthy food in its menu.
Currently in the menu there are only 35 healthy foods and 59 unhealthy foods on basis of calories, serving
size and cholesterol.

Analysis: Now according our analysis to clinch the top spot in fast food chain Mac Donald’s need to more focus on
these types of items that are healthier, now we are recommending to focus more on these types of healthy
food in their menu
