Nyago Doreen is a graduate of Makerere University in Bachelors of Records and Archives
Management 2023. She chose this course because of her certainty that the future of our country
needs individuals with knowledge in the filed of Records keeping and management since this is an
aspect of society that is inseparable. As a graduate therefore, she envisions herself as an asset to the
nation in five years’ time considering the fact that she is now competent in her expertise, she is
passionate about whatsoever she does and she is also well endowed with leadership skills among
many other fundamental societal skills. It is imperative therefore to mention that she is gifted with a
great deal of a positive mind, affinity to societal change and above all she is God fearing. Nyago
Doreen is an open minded individual well-endowed with a tremendous love for society, she finds
peace in impacting people positively with the knowledge she has attained. She is motivated with the
fact that the world today is evolving in favor of the young generation which is according to her, not
only is a blessing but also a guarantee that the future is bright for those who invest in it.
Besides study, Doreen is too passionate about volunteering in communal activities, things that add
value to society, she has headed a number of projects among the unprivileged which have
manifested a high degree of value addition. Its from this basis therefore that she advices the youths
to embrace and welcome every opportunity that presents itself for it’s the key platform for their
success tomorrow, first off considering the fact that todays world is very competitive and planting it
in mind that opportunity knocks once. She is particularly grateful to Brac for offering her a life
changing opportunity something that she will always thank God for.
