4) Then you can finally purchase the item you want checking out with PayPal
when checking out please you the verification format (receive code) then
order will process and go through.
5) You then get another device and log into your PayPal remove the payment
method. Play about add a different address just make it look like the account
has been hacked.
6) Once that has been done don’t touch anything till the order arrives. Once it
arrives, call PayPal and tell them that someone else has used your account
and made a payment that you had no idea about. As for a full refund.
