I have always been fascinated by how mathematical concepts can be used to solve real-world
problems and my passion for computer science was reinforced through my work experience as a
Data Analyst at HireBeat where I was introduced to the Python programming language. During
my time at HireBeat, I was part of a team that worked on redesigning the way resumes structure
using the SpaCy package. This project gave me the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in
developing real-world applications and to learn a new programming language.
Despite the initial challenges I faced in learning a new programming language and presenting my
work to my team, I found myself thoroughly enjoying the process of exploring and learning in
the field of computer science. I was constantly challenged and engaged, and I found myself eager
to take on new projects in my spare time. Through these experiences, I developed a deep
appreciation for the power of computer science and the limitless potential it holds for solving
real-world problems.
My research interests lie in the area of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, and I
believe that the Georgia Tech’s Master of Computer Science program is the perfect place to
