DataSource 0TV_REC_61; switch to package BWTV_RECON is off
DataSource 0TV_REC_62; switch to package BWTV_RECON is off

Reproducing the Issue
Run transaction RSA5 -> Find the datasource -> Activate
Cause
The required Business Function is not activate.
Resolution
Activate the Business Function HCM_LOC_CI_18 with transaction SWF5. See online help below:

You may then check status of switch BWTV_RECON (with transaction SFW1).
