Data Collection Activity Issues and concerns raised during the one-day briefing conducted every 25 th day of the month before the survey period. Issues and concern raised Hired statistical researchers (SRs) asked if there was a possibility of having an additional day or mandays, following the increase in the required price quotations per commodity. Action Taken For referral Data Processing and Encoding Activity Issues and Problems encountered As far as data encoding is concerned, there was no problem encountered . The only concern is that there’s always a need to be updated in the email for any system updates. We missed looking into the sent items for the updated DPS; failing to do so, we wasted 3 days on the total encoded price quotations only to find out there was a new DPS for us. Action Taken The focal person referred the matter to the SOCD Chief and to the designated provincial supervisor for their information and record purposes. Hence, we are one day delayed in the submission of our narrative report for the January 2023 survey round. The immediate supervisor took note of the matter at hand.
