Amendment to Contract between BEL and PKF Belize dated March 15, 2022
Contract dated March 15, 2022, for AUDIT SERVICES under the Energy Resilience for Climate
Change Adaptation (ERCAP) is been amended to include the additional scope of auditing service
to cover the full ERCAP period up to Terminal Disbursement Date. This amendment includes the
following variations:

Payment Conditions
The Contractual Payment Conditions have been amended as follows:


The Consultant shall be paid $8,500 as advance before commencement of the services
and $8,500 after completion, submission and acceptance of the final audit report for
period January 1 to December 31, 2020.
This is in addition to the $15,000 that was agreed under the original contract for the period January-1 to May-31, 2022. This additional $2,000
covers the reminder of 2022 period (from June-1 to December 31, 2022).

Cost for the 2024 Audit to cover auditing of all expenditures beyond the ERCAP Closing Date into the Terminal Disbursement period
(December 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025). ERCAP closing Date is November 30, 2024




The Consultant shall be paid $11,000 as advance before commencement of the services
and $11,000 after completion, submission and acceptance of the final audit report for
period January 1 to December 31, 2021.
The Consultant shall be paid $8,500 as advance before commencement of the services
and $8,500 after completion, submission and acceptance of the final audit report for
period January 1 to December 31, 2022.
The Consultant shall be paid $10,500 as advance before commencement of the services
and $10,500 after completion, submission and acceptance of the final audit report for
period January 1 to December 31, 2023.
The Consultant shall be paid $7,500 as advance before commencement of the services
and $7,500 after completion, submission and acceptance of the final audit report for
period January 1 to November 30, 2024 (inclusive of the Terminal Disbursement period
of December 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025).
