L.I.F.E. is a framework evolved by Punyabrata Sen to transfer the model of excellence in Business drawing on his real-Life experiences. A brief outline of the framework is – L through our journey in this world we are constantly LEARNING. The Learning in LIFE will be explored by The Chief Motivator using examples and metaphors drawn from real experiences. I through our actions we are continuously having an IMPACT on our environment. This Impact is our legacy to the world. How to have a meaningful Impact will be explored by The Chief Motivator using popular tools and techniques in a simple manner to create meaningful interactions with the participants. F all of us go through good times and bad times, ups and downs. With the uncertainty surrounding us, it is imperative that we are FIT. We must be Fit in our bodies, fit mentally and fit spiritually. This overall Fitness is our resilience to bounce back from adverse situations and continue to create our legacy. E we, as human beings yearn for the sensitivity of those around us. In order to attain this we will need to develop EMPATHY so that we can be sensitive to the people we interact with.
