The needed intelligent Factors: Psychologists tell us of four intelligence elements. i. Intelligence quotient (IQ) – this measures human level of understanding how we solve maths, memorise things, and recall lessons. ii. Emotional quotient (EQ) – is our ability to maintain peace with others; keep to time, be responsible, be honest, respect boundaries, be humble, genuine and considerate. This represents our character. iii. Social quotient (SQ) – is our ability to build a network of friends, and maintain it over a long period of time. This represents our charisma. iv. Adversity quotient (AQ) – is our ability to go through difficult life, and come out of it without losing our minds. When in difficulties, AQ regulates those who quit, abandon their loved ones and even consider suicide. Interestingly people with higher EQ and SQ tend to do better in life than those with high IQ, but low EQ and SQ. Yet our academic institutions highlight on students with IQ. In the end those with high EQ and SQ employ those with IQ. To prepare for the future, we need to help children develop all four factors. We need divine love, wisdom, patience, peace, faith, impartiality, strength and holiness.
