Spirit ignites as the CBA achievers participated the College of Business and Accountancy
Fest this February 2023. They unleashes their talents and skills but also their leadership and
unity as a team.
*Laro ng Lahi
The laro ng Lahi is composed of different games such as longest line and sack race. Teams
are composed from different courses. Leadership and teamwork are executed as how we plan
our strategies and as a leader who direct his/her team to win the game. Like they say, a success
credits the team but a failure is a leader mistake. A success can happen if a leader knows how
to plan and manage his/her team and how the leader greatly influence them. Some of the
teams fail due to lack of communication and coordination.
*Volleyball Women:
Two teams from different courses plays the game along with their skills and strategies to
win the game. The other team scores continuously as how well they planned and strategize the
game while the other team shows lack of coordination and communication resulting to lose the
game.
I realized after participating the said event that it is leadership, communication and
coordination takes a big role to a success. And losing is a good thing if you learned something
from it and experience is a great lesson.
