Constrap :
Constrap is a platform where an individual can build their dream home without compromising quality ,quantity and time just by sitting
anywhere, basically our startup provides all the types of service what takes a home to be built from raw materials to interior design.
We are trying to fix customer dissatisfaction with local contractors or builders who take hold of money from customers still build poor
quality infrastructure and make customer unsatisfied. Also we provide rent homes or rooms list to the people who are in search of rent.
Value proposition for users - Better quality materials, fast and cost-efficient building homes, offer various services like interior designs,
Time efficient build , transparency of whole process to customers.
USP: Bringing informal sector of construction homes to formal sector , first mover advantage, services like renovation ,selling and
suggestion for buying a new home and aggregating customers to bank for home loans , rent homes or rooms,

estate sector in India is expected to reach US$ 1 trillion in market size by 2030, up from US$ 200 billion in 2021 and contribute 13% to
the country’s GDP by 2025. Retail, hospitality, and commercial real estate are also growing significantly, providing the much-needed
infrastructure for India's growing needs.
India’s real estate sector saw over 1,700 acres of land deals in the top 7 cities in 1 year. Foreign investments in the commercial real
estate sector were at US$ 10.3 billion from 2017-21. As of February 2022, Developers expect demand for office spaces in SEZs to
shoot up after the replacement of the existing SEZs act.
