PURPOSE OF THE INSPECTIONS
The purpose of the inspection is solely to inspect the vessels to detect the presence of
unauthorized cargos or personnel, pertinent to the initiative. It is not the purpose of the
inspection to conduct safely and other regulatory inspections.
