CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY (CSR) POLICY
STATEMENT
The leadership that we have, the way we offer our foods/services among our
customers, the way we work and behaved are not just driven from our passion
and dedication to grow but also driven by our core values at Mealkey. These
values incorporates respecting the regulatory requirements, the way we promote
ethically sound practices, being responsible and accountable at all times within
Mealkey that influences the way we meet customer’s needs and wants. We are
capable enough to commit ourselves across our operations/services with
responsibility and sustainability in our business practices which integrates the
policy to act responsibly in our day to day relationships with our customers,
suppliers, employees and communities. The harmony and connection should
remain consistent.
We will build an unforgettable image in the mind of our customers through high
quality foods and services. Keeping our valuable customers is important to
Mealkey. We have model our policy after some of the core principals of the
Specialty Food Association code of ethics. It is our common values and
commitment to promote the highest possible standards of professional business
conduct for the mutual benefit of the industry and for the ultimate benefit of the
consumer. We hereby agree to:
 Maintain the highest standards of business conduct by using only legal
and ethical means in all business activity.
 Actively promote and encourage the highest level of integrity within the
Mealkey.
 Be fair, equitable and respectful to employer(s), employees, associates,
competitors, customers, the public, and all business or professional
relationships.
 Adhere to honesty in advertising and in all representations to the public
concerning Mealkey food products we manufacture, import, distribute
and/or sell.
 Treat all customers and suppliers honestly, fairly and objectively.

This Statement is about how Mealkey takes account of its economic, social and
environmental impact in the way we operate as a business. By demonstrating
our commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility we aim to align our business
values, purpose and strategy with the needs of our clients, whilst embedding
such responsible and ethical principles into everything we do.
The elements of this Statement cover our approach in working with our clients,
suppliers and the local community. These principles include established
standards to ensure that working conditions are safe, that employees are treated
with respect and dignity, and that business operations are environmentally
responsible and conducted ethically.
LABOR PRACTICES
These practices are committed wholeheartedly to upholds and protect the right
of everyone that includes the employees, to treat them with respect, love and
dignity. This applies to all kinds of workers or employees. We have detailed
everything and specify all the processes and procedures in place to ensure that
we comply all federal, state and local regulation.

Labor Standards/Fair Wages

All employees are free to terminate their employment or voluntarily
leave work if they find another opportunity, retires from labor force,
resigns to start their own business, take a break from working, etc.

The employment of children under eighteen (18) years of age is
prohibited.
The maximum working weeks that set by the federal, state or local
law should not exceed.
Compensation paid to employees is compliant with all applicable
wage laws, including those related to minimum wages, overtime
hours and legally mandated benefits.
Basic Wage Standards non-exempt workers must be paid overtime
pay at a rate of not less than one and one-half times their regular
rates of pay after 40 hours of work in a workweek.
Verification of employment eligibility is always performed per federal
and state laws.
Creation and maintenance of documents and records ensure
regulatory compliance and conformity to company requirements
along with appropriate confidentiality to protect privacy.
Mealkey’s Human Resources conducts a regular review of our
processes related to wage and labor practices.
We will conduct training, orientation and evaluation to all employees
regarding to the latest rules and regulation.
Performance Management


We will used this an instrument or key opportunity for Mealkey to
evaluate and measures employees capabilities and skills if there’s a
progress or development, offer constructive feedback, provide plan
and activities to develop employees skills through annual program
to increase their skills set and ability.
We also make it a point to recognize top performance and
productivity both through formal Awards programs and informal
recognition.

recognizes that in addition to minimizing the incidence of work-related
incident and illness, a safe and healthy work environment enhances the
quality of products and services, consistency of production/performance

Potential emergency situations and events are identified and
assessed, and their impact minimized by implementing
emergency plans and response procedures at Mealkey and onsite at client locations. Employees are required to follow client
rules for emergencies at client sites.
Emergency plans and procedures include emergency
reporting, employee notification and evacuation procedures,
appropriate fire detection and suppression equipment,
adequate exit facilities and recovery plans.
 Occupational Injury and Illness

Procedures and systems are in place for Mealkey’s location
and every client location to prevent, manage, track and report
occupational injury and illness including provisions to:
encourage employee reporting; classify and record injury and
illness cases; provide necessary medical treatment;
investigate cases and implement corrective actions to
eliminate their causes; and facilitate the return of employees
to work.
FAIR OPERATING PRACTICES
In addition to being a minority and service disabled veteran owned company
ourselves, Mealkey also has internal requirements to utilize a diverse supply
chain. Our Supplier Diversity Program ensures that diverse supplier have the

In addition, we ensure that the social, environmental and ethical commitments
of Mealkey are reflected in working with all customers and suppliers.

Supplier
We expect our suppliers to:

Put in place sufficient systems to monitor and take responsibility
for compliance with social policies.
Conduct regular assessments of their operations to identify eventual
non-compliance cases.
Develop remediation plans to resolve non-compliance cases.
Regularly monitor the effective implementation of remediation
plans.
HUMAN RIGHTS
Mealkey aspires to promote safeties and secure mean free from danger
restaurant. Human rights are the basic rights and freedoms that belong to every
person in the world. As we start our business, we will make sure that we have
respect, integrity and accommodating service. This will be applied in all of our
staffs and management. We the management guarantee that we will be
responsible enough to handle this situation.

 Ensuring that we will treat our customer courteously. Our policies must
be disseminate to our employees so that they will be aware of what is the
right thing to do when it comes to this. To avoid argument our policies
should be broadcast in all of our employees and also the management.

Harassment Prevention and Non-Discrimination
 Harassment is a form of discrimination. It includes any unwanted physical
or verbal behaviour that offends or humiliates you. Discriminating people
by their physical appearance, religion, disability and other type of
discrimination is protected by law. Mealkey assures that we will not engage
in this type of issue. Mealkey’s handbook clearly addresses the
discrimination issue:

ENVIRONMENT ISSUES
Environmental sustainability involves making decisions and taking action that
are in the interests of protecting the natural world, with particular emphasis on
preserving the capability of the environment to support human life and its part
of the MealKey's values, because being eco-friendly or environmentally friendly
is becoming more and more important. Eco-friendly products promote green
living that help to conserve energy and also prevent air, water and noise
pollution. They prove to be boon for the environment and also prevent human
health. Recycle (& then recycle properly) Implementing recycling habits into your
daily life is one of the most effective ways to help lessen landfill waste, conserve
natural resources, save habitats, reduce pollution, cut down on energy
consumption, and slow down global warming.





Cut down on what you throw away. Follow the three "R's" to conserve
natural resources and landfill space.
Volunteer for clean ups in your community. You can get involved in
protecting your watershed, too.
When you further your own education, you can help others understand
the importance and value of our natural resources.
The less water you use, the less runoff and wastewater that eventually
end up in the ocean.
Buy less plastic and bring a reusable shopping bag.
CONSUMER ISSUES (CUSTMERS)
Mealkey recognizes the importance of understanding the needs and expectations
of our customers. We want to ensure that the client’s expectations are met and
exceeded. Our process for monitoring client satisfaction encompasses regular
and frequent communication with the client. The following are some of the

The operations and ultimate responsibility for the commitment to our corporate
social and environmental sustainability principles lies with every employee of
Mealkey. The effectiveness of the Policy Statement will be monitored and
reviewed at least annually by the President to ensure the Company’s continuing
compliance with any relevant legislation and to meet new business requirements

is in need of a warm and friendly place with excellent food. A place where you
always know you will get the best of everything.
Restaurant will feature a cosy dining room and an elegant lounge. Comfortable
furnishings and decor with soothing warm tones. The lounge has comfy couches
and antique love seats. The service will be relaxed, very friendly and correct. We
will hire the best people available, training, and motivating and encourage them,
and thereby retaining the friendliest most efficient staff possible. Our
management team is comprised of individuals whose backgrounds have
experience in experience in food, restaurant and hotel, catering, management.
We will also ensure that all changes will be brought to the attention of employees
as necessary.
