SCHOOL BASED IN SERVICE TRAINING FOR TEACHERS 2022-2023 SCRIPT
REMINDER: In a few minutes we will start the program. We would like to remind everyone to
please set your phone in a silent mode as we go along the program.
SIR ROEL: Good morning Ma’am Lyzeth
MA’AM LYZETH: Good morning Sir Roel
MA’AM LYZETH: To ensure that learning is viable and excellence is achieved, teachers
undergone process of learning and re learning because it is our duty to provide quality education
that caters the needs of our learners.
SIR ROEL: That’s right ma’am, It is our prerogative to ensure that we are at our best. Coping with
all transitions in education, teachers are task to improved and adapt the relevant trend in our
system.
MA”AM LYZETH: After our 2-day meaningful District Inset, we are all here again, gathered
together for the series of learning and re-learning that will benefit our clientele in the department
of education.
ALL: Good morning JRS Teachers and welcome to our 3 Day School Based In Service Training
For Teachers 2022-2023.
SIR ROEL: But before we start may we request and commemorate our sovereignty by singing
our Philippine National Anthem to be led by Ma’am Jennifer M. Mabbayad, Teacher III
MA”AM LYZETH: Let us remain standing as we commence our gathering to our almighty Father
may I ask Ma’am Febe Dumlao, Teacher III of SHS department toled us in a prayer.
SIR ROEL: To acknowledge and present to us the participants in this 3 Day INSET let us welcome
Sir Leopoldo Ginez Administrative Officer IV for the presentation of participants.
MA’AM LYZETH: Thank you sir. At this moment may we have Ma’am Emillina D. Caluya,
Assistant School Principal for her words of welcome. Let us give her a resounding applause.
SIR ROEL: Thank you Ma’am for that very inspiring and powerful message. Now, we came here
to attend this training, but there are other reason why we are here because we have a goals. Let
us listen and be guided as our very own Sir Jaymar Reyes, Teacher III gives us the statement of
purpose.

MA’AM LYZETH: May we lend our ears to Ma’am Mary Jane Longbian, HT IV of the Tech Voc
Department as she gives us the overview of the parts of this 3 Day INSET,
SIR ROEL: At this juncture may we welcome our motherly principal Ma’am Helen Vibar, Principal
II to give us some updates and reminders.
MA’AM LYZETH: We are blessed with a gloomy Wednesday morning as we are about to listen
to the different topic which are very interesting and engaging.
To further enhance our knowledge, skills on how to develop strategies as well as to address the
needs of struggling learners in numeracy and literacy It is may pleasure to present to you our very
own Public Schools District Supervisor Dr. Lorna B. Dela Cruz to discuss her topic.

Afternoon Session:
Ma’am Lyzeth: We are half way through with this day, for this afternoon session, may I know
give the floor to our articulate and high caliber speakers, of Sir Reynold Bartolome Teacher III
and Ma’am Head Ann Precy Sy Head Teacher III of the Math Sci Department to discuss the
topic Learning Remediation and Intervention let us give them a resounding applause.
Sir Reynold and Ma’am Sy discussed her topic.
SIR ROEL: Thank you Ma’am and Sir of remarkable depth of understanding of the information
your shared with us.
Schools play a vital role in providing students with the opportunity to gain greater social and
emotional awareness this can also help students learn better. The last topic be discussed this
afternoon has something to do with Socio Emotional Mental Health and Well Being will be
discussed by Ma’am Jean Caramancion, Guidance Councellor JHS together with Ma’am Vilma
Ramos, Guidance Councellor III, SHS. Let us give them a warm welcome

Ma’am Lyzeth: Thank you Ma’am Jean and Ma’am Vilma for sharing with us your knowledge and
expertise about the topic Socio Emotional Mental Health and Well Being
Before let me share to you this quote from Benjamin Franklin “ Tell me and I forget, Teach me
