Synthesis Managers has a significant role in the success of the every business. The leadership style you imposed has a significant impact on the performance of the employees. Managers are the one supervise the overall process of production and planning of the business in order for it to accomplish its goal. I learned that the way the managers mobilized its people contribute on the unity of the employees and how it will stabilized its labor forced. It should be noted that there are 4 forces of production, we have the land, labour, capital and entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship would never took place if there is no available people to work with them. It is the role of the manager to use the resources efficiently and effectively so that the business will earn higher profit and adhere in the ethical standard and it includes its employees. In addition, I also learned that in order for managers to help the business grow they should understand the principles of managements especially the required skills they need to possessed. As the control head of the business, managers should understand the concepts of the changing market. Thus, managers need to establish a healthy working environment so that the business can offer best products for its customer. If the management has a diverse culture and is still open for creativity and opportunities the employees will be motivated to fulfil their work. Just like in the story of Henry Ford, where he motivates his employees by visiting their families and listen to their stories. Managers/owners must coach and mentor their employees so that they can give their commitment and loyalty to the company. It is good for the business to this have this consolation for the sake of getting the knowing the ideas and sentiments of the employees and used it to develop best products to offer in the market, Furthermore, I realized that the introduction, constraints, challenges and history of management made me appreciate the role of the managers to create a conducive working relationship both between the management and employees. They have this critical role to adapt in the changing trends affected by both internal and external forces. They are the one supervise the innovation of the business just to break the status qou. Even before in our history, the concept of management has been useful in doing the best works that can maximize the outputs and minimizes the resources being used. It made me realized that this could be possible if the management utilized its diverse workforce, hire best people and give those best rewards for their hard work. The business can survived drastic changes in the market if there is a bureaucratic management. Every employees should have a clear understanding on the chain of command, discipline and awareness on tee mission, vision and goal of the business. Employees should be trained to address the current trend or issues for them to solve the problem creatively. They should be taught how to cope with the uncertainty bought by the complex environment so that the effectiveness of the business will not be affected. Lastly, I realized that it is better to let the employees work with their team and allow them to have democratic relationship with their colleagues in order for them to get different ideas they can used to formulate best strategy for the company. We should always note that two is better that one to keep the business have its continuous progress in the industry. Application As a Master in Business Administration student and a young professional, the concepts and principles of managements help understand that business is all about strategy and working with a team is the ideal way to achieve success. The knowledge that I learn from the three (3) topic can be beneficial to me because it gives me new perspective on how business can attained it overall goals. With this, I intend to use my understanding to my students who are currently studying about organization development. As a future HR managers, my students can used this concepts that I learned about management and the people behind it. As an instructor, it is important to equip myself with knowledge on how to help my students comprehend that business will not run without the right employees who will support them. I intend to use this to motivate my students to be a good leader and have a democratic leadership style to increase the productivity of it subordinates. Moreover, aside from the theories and basic knowledge that I learn, I intend to use the practical advice about establishing our own business rather than to live pay check to pay check. I should consider that the fundamental notion of entrepreneurship is to provide employment and economic development. It is good to tell to the young ones including myself to engage whether it may be small or big. Success starts in a humble beginning and ends with growth. All the principles and critiques about management is useful to me because I can used it in my work, on how to be flexible, creative and discipline. I can give importance on the ideas imparted by my colleagues and I will make sure that I will be efficient and effective employee and a business owners someday. References Abbamonte, K.
