3 IDEAS THAT SUMMARIZE THE PRESENTATION
That a significant bond must be built between therapist and consultant. A genuine bond that goes
beyond reason that is from soul to soul. If the consultant feels this link, the therapy will be carried out
more effectively.
 Another interesting point of this paper is to emphasize whoever comes to request our help is not a
problem or a disorder but a unique person whose diagnosis is only that person's because they
experience it differently from others. Therapy has to be more humane. And therapists have to have
certain skills such as knowing how to welcome, knowing how to motivate and a phenomenological
attitude.
 And the last interesting point is that even though we are psychologists, we also need to undergo
therapy to be mentally and physically healthy in order to help the patients who seek us.

 From this change and adaptation is where VUCA appears, which means: Volatile, sudden changes;
ORGANIZACIONAL
uncertainty, not knowing what is coming; complexity, difficulty in differentiating and understanding
the changing environment; ambiguous, it is complicated especially in complex social relationships.
VUCA, just like technology, has come to stay and we have to adapt to the changes that occur on a
daily basis.
 Today's world is globalized, interconnected and negotiations take place at the moment. This brings
the world of work to change and today everything is measured by skills, you have to be in constant
training, know how to adapt to changes and companies have to be at the forefront if they don't
disappear.
