Art is the expression of a man. It is neither part of the world nor part of the non-real world. It bridges the realm of reality and the realm beyond reality. One might argue that art is only part of reality, and it will be absurd if it is not. However, such an argument is only correct when it refers to the “artwork” itself. Art is a peculiar kind of man’s capacity to express his idea. It is conceived whenever it clashes with reality. Thus, art is not different but parallel to reality.
