Leadership Reflection Essay Assignment and Rubric for
OBHR 101: Management of People at Work
Assignment –
Students have to write a two page individual essay on a person they believe to be a good
leader. In the essay, students have to elaborate on the leadership qualities and/or
leadership styles that make that person a good leader. In addition, students have to
elaborate on an incident that illustrates the leadership quality or leadership style of that
person.
This assignment carries 5% of the grade in OBHR 101.
