“A lawyer is a public servant” (Roldan C. Cañada) A lawyer is an advocate of justice. A person that will defend co-person in order to be treated justly. Therefore, it must be essential that in the hearts of every lawyer, a saying will prevail—justice must be served. I decided to be a lawyer to help other people who are thirst for justice. I need to serve my country to uplift our judicial entity. I will inspire others that our laws are still for everyone and not just for the rich individuals. I will advocate that justice will be for the people who deserves no matter what status so that people will still trust the importance of the trial court. More so, I will become a lawyer that the poor can run to even without the financial capacity. I will defend all those who are treated unjustly. I will make sure that laws are made for the least, the lost, and the last. Laws are made in order to maintain the peace and stability of a state. Without laws, chaos and misunderstanding will arise. These laws must be rendered justly in order to protect the safety and wellbeing of the public. Thus, I will protect the public when I become one since lawyers are public servants.
