Supervisor to obtain required Permit to Work
& shall be available at site at all times.
Supervisor/Foreman to conduct toolbox talk
and discuss about the hazards involved in
the job as per RA.
The speed limit will be restricted to - - Km/ph.
Overloading shall not be allowed.
No part of the human body shall be
extended outside any vehicle.
Vehicles on site will have an alarm that
automatically sounds when the vehicle goes
into reverse.
Have a person overseeing as it goes
backwards and watches to make sure that no
one
gets
behind
the
vehicle/heavy
equipment.
Flagger, sings must be present in site.
Hard barricade and warning tape must be
found in the site.
Site traffic plan to be followed when
conducting this activity.

Banks man should be in place to make traffic

Wear hand gloves/protection at all times.
Beware of sharp edge and hand position
Avoid staying too close to the bucket while
pouring.
Use Eye protection and full-body protection
(coverall).
Use the tag line to steer the movement of the
concrete bucket to and away from the truck
area.
Proper handling of the concrete trunk line.
Avoid doing the job long hour. Take turn.
Check on body posture. Switch off vibrator if
waiting time too long.
Follow MSDS.
A trained flagman shall be in place The

Do not operate power tools in explosive

Filling the Trowel with caution of spillage and

Wear protective clothing during operation.

operate the engine with heat shields removed.
Keep body parts, hair and loose clothing clear
of moving parts. Do not remove guards or
covers.
