buy your product or service, you must ensure that it is of a high enough caliber and value. Due to
this, the process of producing a good or service is crucial. Customers are drawn to high-quality
goods and services, which also give you a marketing edge, boost sales, and establish you as a
dominant player in the market. So how do you make sure that your services and products are
produced effectively to help you accomplish all of this? Through the management of operations.
Operations management assumes complete control of the production process and makes sure that
each step is conducted out effectively to boost productivity. The outcome is a high-quality good or
service that satisfies customer needs. Regardless of size or sector, every organization requires
operations management. It guarantees that businesses achieve their objectives and aids in
maximizing profits.
The healthcare industry might serve as an illustration of operations management. Some
healthcare systems rely too much on expensive, technological, and urgent care. The high cost of
