Install cygwin64 with packages shown in the image, paying attention to special version numbers.
Download moshell22v and cygwin_install64.txt
Launch cygwin
Unzip moshell
Execute:
bash moshell_install
Fill in as follows:
Folder: ~
User default java/perl: NO
Java path: java
Perl: yes
Execute:
bin/perl cygwin_install64.txt
Open c:/cygwin64/home/yourUsername
Edit .bashrc with notepad and add the following line at the end of the file:
export UNZIP_DISABLE_ZIPBOMB_DETECTION=TRUE
bin/perl cygwin_install64.txt
Close cygwin, relaunch cygwin
