Brgy. Caneja, Polling Precinct Narrative Report The casting of votes started at 6 in the morning, PCPL Michael O. Belaganton from the PNP, Calubian visited the polling place at 8:52 A.M. The distribution of numbers by the Deso and TSS to the voters outside the polling place resulted to a peaceful casting of votes. We had waited for only one voter to cast his vote at the last minute of the closing time in casting the vote and closed at exactly 7:00 in the evening. There were 293 who actually voted out of 328 voters who were found on the list of voters. So far, so good, no problems encountered until the closing time. It’s been a successful casting of votes in Brgy. Caneja, Calubian, Leyte. Prepared and Submitted by: DIVINA A. LAFUENTE DESO Supervisor NATIONAL and LOCAL ELECTION 2022 Brgy. AGAS, Calubian, Leyte Polling Precinct Narrative Report The Preparation for the May 09, 2022, National and Local Election has been done. Early in the morning at exactly 4:30 the EB’s group and the Deso’s Group were at the polling place and ready to serve the voters in Brgy, Agas. There were already voters who formed a line at exactly 5:15 in the morning for they said that they wanted to vote before the sun raises. The casting of votes officially started at 6:00 in the morning. As a DESO Supervisor, I designated my Safety Protocol Officer Support Staff, IPP Support Staff, Medical Personnel, and Deso Technical Support Staff to their designated areas. Around 9:00 A.M. PCPL Michael O. Belaganto from the PNP, Calubian visited us to check the safety and peace in the polling place. Voters in Brgy. Agas were all good and respectful. Voters with Disabilities, Senior Citizens, Pregnant Women, and Lactating/Nursing Mothers were given a chance to be on the priority line. Late in the afternoon at 5:30, since there were no more voters in the area and we still have a lot of time before the closing of the precinct. Medical Personal Rowena B. Noynay reviewed the list of voters who were not able to cast their votes and found one of her neighbors. She then approached Mrs. Emma D. Garcia our EB Chairman if that certain voter is allowed to vote at that time and the chairman said yes for it still early. When the voter arrived at the polling place one of the watchers confronted the EB’s Chairman and said that the said voter’s birthdate is on July 05, 2004. The EB Chairman called the Comelec Mrs. Lina Amparado at exactly 6:04 P.M. if the said voter can cast his vote. Mrs. Amparado said that the data is in the system and said that the voter is allowed to vote. The birthdate of Edieson Sandigan (the said voter) in the system/Comelec voting record is April 05, 2004. The EB’s decided to let him vote and he casted his vote at 6:15 P.M. At exactly 7:00 P.M. voting at Brgy. Agas were officially closed. There were 571 voters who successfully casted their votes out of 625 registered voters. The Printing of Election returns followed and at 7:58 P/M the VCM was pulled out from the voting area to look for a signal so we can transmit the data. Successfully transmitted the results at exactly 8:00 P.M. To sum it up. It has been a very successful and tiring day for every one of us. PICTORIALS: Prepared by: LEA T. SANTUELE DESO Supervisor
