Firstly, the most interesting part of this week’s lecture was the willingness the participants had when completing activities that made them uncomfortable and were fundamentally against their morals, values, and beliefs. Secondly, this is interesting to me because if I was in their position and asked to complete a task that I do not agree with I’d simply say no. Not add onto that guilt, discomfort and dissonance and impact another’s life. Lastly, a confusing part of this week’s lecture was the participants facial expressions and how much it gave in terms of their thought process and how quick they needed to react and put on a believable act for the experiment.
