Professionalism pertains to the conduct, aims, attributes, behaviors, attitudes, values, and
character necessary to interact successfully and respectfully with individuals and other
organizations in the professional workplace.

Employees that perform professionally are often more productive because they can focus on their
work and avoid unnecessary distraction, also they tend to have a willingness to improve and help
others around them to improve. Another reason Organizations benefit when employees perform
professionally is because they can be counted on to complete projects on schedule.

Employees may potentially benefit from their professionalism because they are viewed as
competent and valuable to the organization, giving them a favorable light, and earning respect of
Fellow employees as by product of their treatment of others. Aside from career growth
professional behavior typically builds one’s confidence.

Attributes Or What I Plan To Do TO Strength Each.
When it comes to being committed, I have tried to work on my discipline, working on the days I
lack motivation. Being decisive is a work in progress, being informed and prepared usually
allows me to be more decisive. This two attributes will help with my determination as good
commitment and decisiveness skills help me focus and make correct decisions to achieve my
goals.
