Activities/Vendor Management.
Event Management: Event management involves planning, budgeting, venue selection,
catering, and décor. It also includes marketing, engaging speakers, and managing logistics and
technical requirements.
Employee Engagement: Employee engagement involves creating a workplace where
employees feel valued, appreciated, and supported. This includes providing opportunities for
employees to collaborate, learn, and grow. Strategies may include providing flexible work
schedules, offering development opportunities, and organizing team-building activities.
Motivational Activities: Motivational activities involve activities and initiatives to help employees

2) Perform/support Regional Teams (Sales/Support) to develop, implement

3) Help in developing and implementing talent and culture strategies and

implementing Talent Management Processes with HR & T&D.

Create and implement a succession planning program to ensure the organization is prepared for
any changes in personnel.
Develop and implement comprehensive employee engagement programs to ensure employees
are motivated and engaged.
Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding program to ensure successful talent
acquisition and retention.
Develop and implement a comprehensive performance management system that is aligned with
business objectives.
Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development program to ensure
employees have the skills and knowledge to effectively carry out their roles.
Develop and implement a rewards and recognition program to ensure employees are
recognized for their contributions.
Develop and implement a recognition and reward program to ensure loyalty and engagement
with the organization.
Monitor and assess the impact of talent and culture strategies and initiatives and make
adjustment as necessary.
4) Help in developing and running Talent Review Processes in order to
determine Organization’s talent maturity.
5) Help in the development of HR strategies for succession planning (i.e.
retaining the best talent within the organization).
6) Do internal organizational research on a quarterly basis and find the
loopholes that need improvement to maintain the Best Workplace
Environment.
7) Help in developing Total reward solutions that enable an organization to
attract, acquire and retain the best talent at Zameen.
8) Streamline reward policies and practices in across countries and
implement effective and efficient, as well as consistent reward programs.
9) Understand local market conditions of each city to ensure
competitiveness with trends, practices & costs.
10) Budgeting and planning of Staff Costs.
11) Participate in compensation and benefits surveys to analyze the
company’s competitive position.
12) Perform various analyses like Pay Equity Analysis, Job Levelling and
Internal/External Benchmarking, Functional benefits and Market
comparisons. Develop a reporting framework for periodic reports.
13) Engage with Regional Heads, Country HR and functional teams as per
need. 14) Support employee wellness initiatives.
15) Deliver ad-hoc project updates and analytical reports to the HR and
Talent Team.
