Background information
Children go through distinct periods of human
development as they move from infants to young adults .
During each stage multiple changes in the development of
the brain are taking place. What occurs and
approximately when these developments take place are
genetically determined. However, environmental
circumstances and exchanges with the key individuals
within that environment have significant influence on
how each child benefits from each development event.
The Human Life Cycle Stages
The start of Human life cylce begins after the baby is delivered
out by its mother to the world.
Takes place between ages 1 to 10. The first two
years, the child is called toddler. During this time,
the child learns how to walk, talk and more selfsufficient.
Takes place between ages 12 and 18 and is the critical turning
point because it is when puberty takes place.
Boy’s voices changes and girls get their menstruation . As such,
they begin to separate more from the parents and become
independent.
Adulthood is when human beings are fully grown and must provide
entirely for themselves. This is also a significant time that adults
can give birth.
