During each stage multiple changes in the development of the brain are taking place. What occurs and approximately when these developments take place are genetically determined. However, environmental circumstances and exchanges with the key individuals within that environment have significant influence on how each child benefits from each development event. The Human Life Cycle Stages The start of Human life cylce begins after the baby is delivered out by its mother to the world. Takes place between ages 1 to 10. The first two years, the child is called toddler. During this time, the child learns how to walk, talk and more selfsufficient. Takes place between ages 12 and 18 and is the critical turning point because it is when puberty takes place. Boy’s voices changes and girls get their menstruation . As such, they begin to separate more from the parents and become independent. Adulthood is when human beings are fully grown and must provide entirely for themselves. You are a unique individual. 2.Have enough sleep. Realize that you need an extra boost in getting out of bed for school. 3.Encourage and model healthy eating habits. Keep plenty of nutritious food in the house. Monitor your eating habits everyday. 4.Encourage and model physical activity. Exercise will help you burn excess energy, strengthen and develop muscles.
