Austin Beutner Superintendent Anthony Aguilar Chief of Special Education, Equity and Access SERVICE PROVISION TIERS/BENCHMARK LETTER EXCLUSIONS The SER300 report series includes a tiered data category that reports the percentage of service delivered towards the student’s target service minutes as required per their IEP Tier Percent of Service Provision 1 100% (+) 2 90‐99.9% 3 70‐89.9% 4 40‐69.9% 5 0.1‐39.9% 6 0% A service delivery percent is calculated by dividing minutes delivered by the adjusted target. An adjusted target is the total target minutes calculated based on the service prescription minus any documented canceled session minutes. Example: When a provider documents services using service tracking codes (i.e. SA‐ cancelled student absent, SN‐ student no show, PR‐ parent refused, etc.). The student’s target will automatically be adjusted and those cancelled minutes will be subtracted from the target.
