Dear Hiring Manager:
I would like to thank you for taking the time to discuss the particulars of this job opportunity
with me yesterday. The position of Software Engineer Intern, as was advertised in your
Association’s monthly newsletter, is one of interest to me, and one for which I would be
well-suited. Having been a massive fan of the company and its products for the past 4 years, I
strongly support the Association’s vision and its goals of going fully green by the year 2030 by
transforming all of its infrastructure when referring to transportation, and means of production.
Furthermore, I believe that my experience in past software engineering internships and
knowledge of modern programming languages make me a very ideal candidate for the position.
I have experience working in an office environment as a Java developer with a dedicated team on
a specific project, and as such, I am familiar with the challenges and rewards offered by such
type of work.
In highschool I was tutor for 11th grade students in Physics which gave me a lot of experience
when it pertained to effectively articulating technical challenges and solutions so that they could
be properly comprehended by someone who may not have the most knowledge in the field or
those who are simply having a hard time understanding the concept.
