Other Commercial Details that the Bidders shall provide:

confirmation.

a. Split-System Air-Conditioners - Fan Coil Units and Air-Cooled Condensing
Unit complete with all necessary supports, vibration isolators,
accessories, electricals, controls.
b. Fresh Air Units and Air-Cooled Condensing Unit complete with all
necessary supports, vibration isolators, accessories, electricals, controls.
c. Variable Refrigerant Flow HVAC Systems complete with all necessary
supports, vibration isolators, accessories, electricals, controls.
3. Terms of Payment – 30% Down Payment, Progress Billing
(CARI, Performance Bond/Surety Bond, Retention ) .
4. Taxes- Cost Proposal VaT Included.
5. Discounts or variation in prices- Not Applicable no variations in prices.
6. Suggested alternate products whenever applicable:
a. Copper Pipes- Hongtai/Daejin/Kupfer
b. Refrigerant Pipe Insulation- Armaflex
c. Condensate Drain Line- Emerald Blue/Imperial
7. Price indicated in the proposal shall already include the price of accessories
necessary for installation- It is all included in Proposal.
8. Warranty period and Terms of Warranty- 1 Year Warranty
