order received from Buyer that contains pre-printed or standard terms used by Buyer, SAMSON will be deemed to reject the pre-printed
and/or standard terms of the purchase order. Any purchase orders received from Buyer are used solely for the purposes of placing orders,
accepting prices and terms set out in Samson’s quotation, and facilitating payment of fees and prices by Buyer to SAMSON.
