The best mathematical model that can represent this drug release is Higuchi Model. The reason is:
In the data, we have 0 values, in log 0 gives undefined answer. Because of that I cannot use the
models which uses logarithm (1st order Model and Korsmeyer-Peppas Model). I tried the Zero Order
Modelling, Higuchi Modelling and Hixon Crowell Modelling. As we can see from the graphs, best
modelling is Higuchi modelling, 𝑅 2 = 0,8993. If the 𝑅 2 is getting closer to 1, we can say that
modelling is the best for the drug releasing.
