1. Video Quality Check
 Whether hands-on coding is present
 Whether candidate video is clearly visible
 Clarity in Interviewer’s communication
 Whether video duration is sufficient
 Is the interview properly structured
2. Feedback Report Quality Check
 Whether scoring rubrics is filled correctly
 Whether questions are filled with timeline
 Whether appropriate/fitting comments are filled
 Whether appropriate meeting and interview status are filled
 Relevance of the questions asked
3. Hygiene
 Delay in resuming an interview
 Background Noise
 Poor interviewer infrastructure
4. Candidate Handling
 Poor handling of candidate’s queries
 Asking personal questions or making personal remarks
 Getting into arguments
 Biased View
 Not letting candidate speak
5. Proctoring
 Suspicious app found
 Lip-sync issue noticed
