Terms & Conditions
1. The Parties
This proposal involves [Calvert Software Solutions] (“Developer”) and [Candor Manufacturing] (“Client”), who
shall be referred to in the following terms and conditions individually as a “Party” and collectively as the
“Parties.”
2. Proposal Details
This proposal concerns the Developer offering its software development services to the Client to create a
financial management software system. The Developer estimates the service period to last for eight months,
for a total cost of $23,460.
3. Acceptance
The Client may send a formal notice of its acceptance of this proposal to the email address provided above
within thirty (30) days upon receipt of this document. If the Client sends its acceptance after the 30-day
period, the Developer may refuse further negotiations with the Client.
4. Obligations
Binding obligations shall only exist once agreements or contracts are made and signed by both parties after
further project-related negotiations.
5. Cancellation
The Client may cancel its acceptance of this proposal at any time during the negotiation period or before any
agreements or contracts have been signed.
