There is a strong correlation among the JAK2Allele findings at different times of follow up. A very strong
correlation of 0.91, with a significance of <0.001 was found among JAK2ALLele burden at baseline and
JAK2Allele burden 2. JAK2ALLele burden at baseline and JAK2ALLELE burden 3 have a strong correlation of 0.83
and a significant value of <0.001. Similarly, on comparison of JAK2ALLELE Burden baseline with the fourth
reading was a strong correlation of 0.74 and a significance of <0.001.

marginal significant p-value of 0.05. Leucocytes have a weak correlation with a significant of 0.01. Hematocrit has a weak
correlation with JAK2 ALLELE burden (p-value 0.03). Splenomegaly has a moderate correlation with JAK2 ALLELE burden,
(p-value <0.001). MPN 10 score has a weak correlation with the JAK2 ALLELE burden, (p-value 0.03).

with a marginal significance p-value of 0.08. Moderate correlation was present among JAK2 ALLELE burden and
splenomegaly and MPN10 Score, (p-value <0.001).
