TRAINING AND LIABILITY RELEASE AGREEMENT
Definitians: The term "OWNER" from here forward will refer to the owner, part-owner, or lessee of
animal(s) contracted under this agreement. The terms "HORSE(S)" and "ANIMAL(S)" will refer to all equine
species and the animal to which this agreement refers. The term "VOLUNTEER(S)" will from here forward
refer to any person(s) assisting the trainer or facility of LASTING IMPRESSION HORSEMANSHIP, LLC or REBEL
RANCH AND SANCTUARY. The term "TRAINER(S)" shall refer to LASTING IMPRESSION HORSEMANSHIP,
LLC'S trainer(s), voulenteers, or employees employed by said company. The terms "TRAIN" and
"TRAINING" shall refer to schooling, conditioning and education of said horse. "HORSEBACK RIDING" or
"HORSE LESSONS" will refer to riding and handling of horses whether from the ground or mounted. The
term "RIDER" or "PARTICIPANT" shall refer to a person who handles or comes near a horse from the ground
or mounted. The term "I", "ME", "MY" will refer to OWNER(S) and or HORSEBACK RIDERS and the
parents or legal guardians of said minor. The term "PREMISIS", "FACILITY", "FARM", "RANCH" shall refer to
REBEL RANCH AND SANCTUARY facility and any employee(s) or voulenteers. The term "CARE" or "CARE
TAKER" shall refer to owner, trainer, or employee of either LASTING IMPRESSION HORSEMANSHIP, LLC or
REBEL RANCH AND SANCTUARY.
Agreement Scope and Territory: The following agreemement is legally binding between LASTING
IMPRESSION HORSEMANSHIP, LLC, REBEL RANCH AND SANCTUARY and Owner and/or Owner's parents or
legal guardians, should Owner be a minor, when signed by parties. The agreement will be interpreted and
enforced under the laws of Michigan. If any clause, phrase or word is in conflict with state law then that
single part is null and void.
Agreement Purpose: At the beginning of this agreement the OWNER intends for LASTING IMPRESSION
HORSEMANSHIP, LLC to:

Provide HORSE TRAINING to the horse listed in the HORSE ARRIVAL FORM AND SIGNATURE SHEET
in agreement with the SERVICES PROVIDED FOR TRAINING SHEET, herein referred to as "SPFTS".
Payment will be due prior to services rendered and HORSE will be required to be removed from
premisis upon completion of dates listed on SPFTS sheet. If legal action is required, OWNER
accepts all attorney and court fees associated with removal of said animal.

RISK ASSOCIATED WITH EQUINE ACTIVITIES:
I the undersigned, understands and aknowledges the innate risk associated with equine activities
and assumes all risk associated with participation in said activities. Such risk include but are not limited to
the possiblity of equines to behave in ways including, bucking, bolting, biting, kicking, sidestepping, rearing,
falling, flipping over, or stepping on that may result in injury, harm, or even death in persons mounted or
around them. It is not uncommon for horses to react in such manner to sounds, movements, objects,
people, or other animals. Certain hazards such as footing, surface and subsurface conditions; collisions
with other animals or objects; the potential participant loses balance or acts in a negligent manner; failing
to maintain control over animal or not acting within riders ability; may contribute to injury of participant or
others.
The RIDER understands that horse are naturally unpredictable and may divert from its training
causing it to react on its survival instincts of fight or flight. Rider assumes all risk associated and waivs any
claims for injury, loss, or death corresponding to said activities. Rider agrees to follow rules and
regulations of REBEL RANCH AND SANCTUARY, which can be found on their website as well as the form
attached. Rider further acknowledges that the behavior of any animal is corrilated to some extent upon
the ability of the Rider. Rider assumes all risks and warrants full and fair disclosure of abilities to trainer.
RIDING HELMET WARNING: Rider/Owner is warned by Trainer that anyone handling horses is strongly
encouraged to wear propperly fitted and secured protective head gear (equestrian riding helmet).
Wearing of such headgear while mounting, riding, dismounting and being around horse, may prevent or
reduce severity of some head injuries and may prevent death from happening as result from a fall or other
occurrence.
DIRECT LOSS TO PERSONAL PROPERTY WARNING: OWNER is warned that while on premisis loss,
damage, teft, or injury to OWNER(S) horse(s), tack, equipment, vehicle and trailer are not covered by
TRAINERS or PROPERTY owners insurance. If interested in such coverage owner must carry his/her own
insurance to cover said property.
ATTENTION
Under michigan equine activity liability act, an equine professional is
not liable for an injury to or death of a participant in an equine activity
resulting from an inherent rist of the equine activity.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY: I undersign owner, agree to hold harmless and release the TRAINER(S), owners,
agents, employees , officers, members, premises, owners, insurers, and affiliated organizations from legal
liability due to TRAINER'S ordinary neglegence; and agree to accept in such event to bring no claims,
demands, actions and causes of actions, and/or litigation, against either LASTING IMPRESSION
HORSEMANSHIP, LLC or REBEL RANCH AND SANCTUARY, for any economic and non-economic losses due
to bodily injury/harm, death, property damage, as well as injury/harm or loss by death of boarded animal(s).
