The death penalty is not an effective method of punishment.
Capital punishment is a very common method of punishment in ancient times, but the question
is whether it is effective now.
It is used in Iran, China and the USA. A process where man kills man, is that fair? Obviously, this
method is used for particularly serious crimes, but would God want people to judge others in
this way?
God forgives us even for the most serious sins, if we sincerely repent for them. A person has no
right to take life. God knows about man's death, it is not man's purpose. Therefore, the death
penalty should be abolished.

The judge sits opposite the hall by the wall, behind a large and long table.
The prosecutor sits on the right side of the hall at a separate table.
Guards stands at the judge's table and at the exit
The audience sits on designated seats near the exit, on benches
The defendant has a special place in the room if it is a serious crime or also sits in the front on the
benches if it is just a trial.
