Job Description – Rotating Equipment Reliability Engineer,
Education :- Graduate in Engineering from a reputed institution
Experience :- 10 years with a minimum of 5 years in the relevant field
Industry Back ground :- Petrochemical / Refinery / Fertilizer.
Field of Experience :- Rotating Equipments such as Steam Turbines, Centrifugal compressors; All types
of Pumps, Centrifuges, Turbo Expanders, Blowers, fans etc. The candidate should have extensive
functional knowledge on design, code, specifications. He should have hands on experience on
equipment overhaul, trouble shooting and RCFA. The candidate should be capable of establishing
Reliability Centered Maintenance practices, Predictive maintenance applications & Reliability bench
making of critical assets. He should have in depth knowledge in Vibration Analysis, Thermography , Oil
analysis etc to establish effective on line monitoring of assets. The candidates should have an
experience in working in an SAP environments.
Job Description – Static Equipment Reliability Engineer,
Education :- Graduate in Engineering from a reputed institution
Experience :- 10 years with a minimum of 5 years in the relevant field
Industry Back ground :- Petrochemical / Refinery / Fertilizer
Field of Experience:- In process inspection of all types of static equipments and piping. Should have
good knowledge on relevant codes and standards. Certification under API 570, 510, CSWIP are added
advantage. The candidate should have good knowledge on Corrosion and prevention techniques. He
should have basic exposure to design codes and should be able to calculate retirement thickness
requirements and should be able to objectively analyse effects of in process deteriorating mechanisms
affecting integrity of the critical assets. He should be having experience in Radiography interpretation,
UT flaw detection and corrosion monitoring techniques. ASNT certification on RT/UT/PT are desired.
