Reflections must be at least half a page, double-spaced, with Font TIMES NEW
ROMAN, Size 12, and include the following:
Highlight and make BOLD the KEYWORDS.
The Name of the Assignment and Competency, Course Name and the indicator of
success (at least 1 indicator, you don’t have to include all of them). For example,

Explain and discuss briefly why you think your performance was at that level you indicated,

Professionalism Definition:
Professionalism is a broad term used to describe the desired aspects of a professional in any
field. These aspects can be required skill, ethics, code of conduct, and normality’s of a
professional field.

Professional development:
Major 1 was an assignment we were assigned in professional development. I am going to
evaluate my assignment using the professionalism success indicator. Improves and
increases professional competency overtime. I think at the time of making this essay I was in
an intermediate level.
This was my first assignment in professional development. The main goal of this assignment
was to learn about personality types, since there are 21 personality types we had to learn them
all so that we can better understand the workplace and different personality types. We only had
to write about 3. Also in this assignment we had to write about personality traits.

Professional development:
Major 2 was an assignment we were assigned in professional development. I am going to
evaluate my assignment using the professionalism success indicator. Maintains a good
work ethics. I think at the time of making this I was at an advanced level.
This was my second assignment in professional development. The main goal of this assignment
was to discover Cultural intelligence and the importance of cultural intelligence in a
professional career. Cultural intelligence is important in understanding others and
communicating effectively with others in the work place.
