BASKETBALL REFLECTION
PREPARATION STAGE
The preparation stage quite surprisingly went on very smoothly with no hitch except for when the
activity team was trying out the first game (NBA online) and it didn’t really work so instead we
settled on Plato which was much easier to control. The AJK (hadiah) team which was in charge of
gathering the money and buying the gifts and joined with the AJK PDI to design the certificates also
worked together in unison and so everything also went smoothly.
DURING PROGRAM
During the program every student was instructed to take part and put into teams. One team consists
of 4 people, the players are put up against each other into a versus match within their teams. The
process was a bit tough as we had international students so it was a bit hard to have them
understand the rules so communication was a little problem but in the end it went as planned.
AFTER PROGRAM
After the program also the process was nicely done and concluded by the main AJK. We were
instructed and guided very well on how to do our reports and such and we also reflect on the
program and what could’ve been done better.
SUMMARY
Overall the program is a success it was one of the first and the special guest was very impressed. The
only thinng is maybe the clarity with communications between local and international students so
we need to improve on our communication as a team. Everything else was quite nice, well done.
