I’m not familiar with Alabama state law and hope to get a clearer picture of
Alabama State laws

Alabama case law – It would be good to see how this has been handled in previous
cases.

What type of resources do you think will be most helpful in completing this
assignment? Why?
Likely secondary sources – so I can get a clearer picture of how one would achieve a contract
reform motion from a judge. A statute would also be helpful.
Case law could help me discern how this was dealt with in previous cases, but it could also
be more convoluted with the facts of the specific plaintiff/defendant.
