Setting Up Payoneer on Appen Platforms
1. First, make sure that all the necessary information and signatures are done on your Appen
Connect account before you proceed, especially pictured below. The payment will not
connect if these are not completed.
As shown below, because one of the steps is not yet complete, the status is Contract
Pending. The system will not allow you to move forward if this is not completed.
2. Next, log in to your A9/MatrixGo account (ui.appen.com.cn)
3. Go to My Tasks, then click on Tasks to be received. You will be assigned to a task on the
Appen platform so please accept this. (Note: this is not where the actual work will be done,
this is for purpose of payments only. The annotation tool link has been sent separately)
4. Once you accept this, the system will trigger an email for you to set up your Payoneer
account on the Appen platform. Just follow the steps to link it there. If you don’t have a
Payoneer account yet, please create one on payoneer.com
5. A separate set of instructions will be sent by month end when it comes to sending your
invoice on the Appen platform for payments, we will communicate with you again during
this time.
