Game The Work attempt to keep its existing long-term members motivated to embrace new developments by creating the Evolution Lounge. In this lounge, all the participants can share their inner and outer journey that reveals insights and answers to questions that matter to them. By doing this activity, the company can see what are the participants needed and also they can make the participants get motivated to embrace new developments by teaching them or guiding them to the new developments. Through this evolution lounge they can create a bond between the company and the people involve that may lead to long-term relationship. 2. What are the implications, in terms of challenges and advantages, of the consultancy operating online? As the consultancy operating online, the company may face some challenges just like change of perspective of each participants because when participating online is not the same when participating physically, the participants might find it uncomfortable to share their inner and outer feelings. Also participants may have an online barrier which is the noise of their surroundings or maybe the internet. Participants may not feel the ambience of the consultation. The advantages that the company have is that they are flexible to operate online. 3. Suggest an appropriate training programme for new team members. For the new team members, I suggest a training programme of handling the participants online like they should make the participants feel that they are belonged to the group. They should treat the participants well and also they will guide the participants on what should do. I suggest also to have a oneon-one consultation per participants In order to really know what they are feeling because sometimes participants tend to be shy or awkward in a crowded area.
