 An independent presentation that contains information, using slides, video, recordings and digital
representations.
 It consists of a set of media objects (such as images, text objects, video clips, and audio streams).
 Presented in accordance with:
o Various temporal constraints specifying when the object should be presented.
o Spatial constraints specifying where the object should be presented on a screen.
 A presentation file which is not limited to just text in terms of content.
 Example: It would have interactive video, sound, links, images, animated gifs and transitions in
it.
 It's combining multiple types of media in your presentation.
 You can use combinations of images, audio, and video to make your point.
Purpose of Multimedia Presentation
 To convey information more effectively.
 To share something with your audience.
Examples of Multimedia Presentation
 Pecha Kucha Presentation
 It is a storytelling format where a presenter shows 20 slides or images for 20 seconds of
commentary each.
 Blogging
 A blog is a discussion or informational website published on the World Wide Web consisting of
discrete, often informal diary-style text entries.
 Posts are typically displayed in reverse chronological order, so that the most recent post
appears first, at the top of the web page.

o Sway
o Prezi
 In which you can use video, animation, text, graphics, audio, photographs, etc.
